DetailersLeads.com is the front door to our booking operations service for car detailers. The site, the application form, the bay audit call, and any content shipped from this domain are operated by ItarV Tech, our India-based parent entity, servicing detail shops primarily in the United States and Canada.
You may use this site if you (a) own or operate a car detailing business, (b) are at least 18 years old, (c) are legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to decline working with anyone for any lawful reason.
You agree to provide accurate information on the application form. If we discover you misrepresented shop size, revenue, or fit during the audit, we reserve the right to decline the engagement before signing — or terminate without refund if discovered after.
Engagement terms (pricing, minimum commitment, ad spend minimums, deliverables, cancellation) are documented in the signed Engagement Agreement you receive after a successful strategy call. The Engagement Agreement supersedes anything on this site.
Engagements run month-to-month after the initial commitment period documented in your Engagement Agreement. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice for any reason. We don't ask why. We don't hold your data hostage. You keep the funnel, the customers, the reviews, the ad accounts, the deposit collection setup — everything.
Yours: Your shop's brand, customer list, ad accounts, Stripe account, Google profile, review history, and any custom video creatives shot for your shop specifically. Ours: Our internal setter training, our internal dashboards, and the DetailersLeads system architecture.
What you share with us about your shop's revenue, costs, customers, and ops stays confidential. What we share with you about our processes, scripts, and internal tooling stays confidential. Mutual NDA is part of the Engagement Agreement.
Our maximum liability to you under any engagement is capped at the total fees you paid us in the prior 3 months. This is industry-standard.
Any dispute under these Terms or the Engagement Agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), with proceedings conducted in English. Governing law: the substantive law of India, with the Engagement Agreement structured for USD-denominated cross-border service contracts. Either party may seek interim injunctive relief in their home jurisdiction.
If we change these Terms materially, we'll update the date at the top and notify active clients via email. Changes to the Engagement Agreement require your written acceptance — they never apply retroactively.
