1. Who we are

DetailersLeads is a booking operations service for car detailers, owned and operated by ItarV Tech, an India-based entity, providing services to detail shops, mobile detailers, and ceramic/PPF/tint operators primarily in the United States and Canada. When this policy says "we" or "DetailersLeads," that's who's talking.

2. What we collect

When you fill out the audit application or any form on this site, we collect:

• Your name, email, phone number, and shop name
• Your answers to the qualification questions (shop type, monthly revenue, lead sources, main bottleneck, preferred engagement option)
• Standard analytics data: pages visited, time on site, referrer, device type, IP address
• Cookies for session management and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Ads tag, GA4)

3. How we use it

Your contact details and answers are used to prepare for the bay audit call (so Ankur knows your situation before he picks up). We also use your info to:

• Send the calendar invite, confirmation email, and SMS reminders
• Reach out by phone if you opted into a callback
• Improve the funnel by analyzing aggregate, anonymized patterns
• Send occasional emails from Ankur (newsletter) — opt out anytime with one click

4. What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is not a product we resell. The only third parties that touch your data are infrastructure providers we use to run the funnel (Calendly, Stripe, Twilio, Google Workspace). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

5. Where your data lives

DetailersLeads's parent entity ItarV Tech is registered in India, but the infrastructure stack (Calendly, Stripe, Twilio, Google Workspace) stores data on US-based servers. If you are an EU/UK resident, your data is processed under standard contractual clauses with the third-party processors named above. If you are a California resident, your rights under the CCPA apply — see Section 6.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to (a) show you what we have on you, (b) delete it, (c) correct it, or (d) export it. Just email privacy@detailersleads.com and we'll handle it within 14 days. No friction, no questions. CCPA, GDPR, and Indian IT Act requests all routed through the same email.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and tracking pixels (Meta, Google, GA4) for two reasons: (a) to know which ads are working, (b) to retarget visitors who didn't apply with relevant content. You can opt out by clearing cookies, using browser-level opt-outs, or in California/EU jurisdictions using your local consent prompts.

8. Children

This service is for shop owners and operators, not children. If you're under 18, this site is not for you.

9. Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and notify active clients via email. Material changes never apply retroactively to data we already have.
